Citibank Enhanced Banking System (EBS) Project:

Citibank developed an enhanced banking system for customers in Germany by

introducing a new base interest rate with changes in existing policies,

online transactions and Loan Processing system. The web software for

Citibank was CITRIX software, which primarily ran on Oracle Database.

Primary modules were credit card customers, loan customers & collection

system. Citigroup Enhanced Banking System & Asset management solution team

was formed with Hexaware members in Singapore and India (Chennai and

Mumbai) to design, develop, implement, troubleshoot, maintain & handover to

Citigroup.

Major Responsibilities:

. Part of Citigroup Enhanced Banking System & Asset Management solution

team out of Chennai office, that focused on analyzing user

requirements & business needs, designing, & developing user interface

programs using C to integrate with Citibank's Oracle Database in

Germany to meet functional requirements.

. Key member of Chennai team in developing requirements traceability

matrix by collaborating with development team members in Singapore &

Mumbai teams.

. Worked closely and supported Business Analyst, DBA Team Lead and the

DBA team for preparing data driven test programming and developed a

database to implement negative and boundary testing.

AGL PS Finance & HRMS project was developed and tested in Hexaware. This

was an upgradation of the existing application with addition of new modules

for Finance Requisition and inquiry, Payroll Reporting for financial

Services and Asset Management. Primary responsibility of our team was in

the testing phase to provide technical support in testing, troubleshooting

and problem resolution for People Soft Application in a timely manner.

Major Responsibilities:

. Prepared Test Plan, Test Case, and Test Script for "General Ledger"

and "Asset Management" Module, using Requirement Specification.

. Generated SQL Reports as Test Log for General Ledger, GL Activity

tracking using SQL.

. Manually tested Front end application (GUI Testing - Screens like

customer Report Request screen and inquiries like Requisition Inquiry,

Purchase Order Inquiry, Shipment Inquiry, Voucher and Payment Inquiry,

Journal and Ledger Inquiry) and performed Defect Reporting and

From the Customer perspective, it included online troubleshooting guides,
