*Provide reports for construction projects and construction lending needs.
This includes phase inspections
from the beginning of the project to final completion.
*Provide an analysis of the construction budget and construction documents
to ensure either the proper disbursement of funds or that the project has
the necessary components to be successful.
*Provide property condition assessments which include a complete review of
the property, building
components and infrastructure. Each component of the property is
reviewed, evaluated, photographed and
quantified as to the size, area and number.
*Provided accurate, detailed inspections and valuation functions which were
used for risk and safety detections in the workplace.
*Workplace safety audits for manufacturing companies, homeowners
associations, and restaurants, schools, shopping complexes, retail outlets
hotels and condominium complexes. Access, egress, structure, maintenance
and component failure are documented and photographed.
*Provide a variety of under-writing services to insurance companies,
retention groups, managing partners, risk managers and program
administrator's nation wide.
