Career Summary

Offering the quick learning and adaptability that needed for a diversified

position, I would maintain a high standard of employee relations and

maintain or exceed goals on yields and efficiencies necessary to get the

job done. I have managed/Operated blow molding, grid casting, labelers,

palletizer and a vast majority of other types of machinery, I managed two

12 hour rotating which required me to be on call at all times of the night.

I have extensive experience with project improvement. I have researched

ways to implement best practices and started the process of lean

manufacturing. I also have extensive experience, with the automotive and

food industries, on Lean Manufacturing issues following implementation to

improve the process. This, I believe, makes me an ideal match for this

position. I am especially interested in this position because my work

experience has prepared me for a disciplined, secure work environment and

the challenges associated with this field. I have eleven plus years of

experience and I am a dedicated and driven professional who is always eager

to learn new things.
