Ray Flourescence) for metals analysis preparations, Perkin Elmer ICP for
metals analysis, KLA Laser Reticle quality measurement tool and Rigaku
MFM65 XRR/XRF (X-Ray Reflectometry, X-Ray Flourescence) Metrology Tool for
high K metal gate applications. Achieved significant contract and supply
chain cost savings managing 300mm Fab Tool Equipment Maintenance program
with major Tool Vendors. Provided Solar Power Market Intelligence used for
JV with Tokyo Ohka Togyo. Optimized screening process in the MLC Chip
Packaging Facility with recipe database controlled process and new process
equipment for improved product test yields. Authored 3 internally

Designed process for full-scale production of Wisk Laundry Tablets in
Cartersville, Georgia. Conducted Vaseline Intensive Care beauty bar trials
(Hammond) based on the Dove formulation. Developed process for the full
scale production of Skip Ultra, Skip Color and Drive Ultra in Argentina at
Unilever Avellaneda. Process reproduced at second facility - Unilever
Gualyguaychu. Led process team for the development of consumer NP
detergent products including New System Surf, Half Cup Surf, Half Cup
Concentrated 'all', Half Cup Rinso and Canadian Sunlight based. Author on 8
