. Initiated groundwork on sourcing strategy with the ultimate

introduction of new competition to the electrical wire
harness / box supply base.
- Conducted comprehensive analysis of global automotive
wire harness / box market with high level goal of
identifying a new supplier suitable for potential
partnership with Honda of America.

prototype / mass production vehicles to gain complete
understanding of the opportunity that exists for
additional competition in Honda's North American model
mix.
- Identified new potential supply partner for all 2013
models and joined Honda R&D Americas, Inc. in travelling
to Mexico, Japan and China to conduct quality audits of
the candidate's primary production facilities.
. Achieved 0% gap / merit to design target cost for all Honda
/ Acura models currently under development by R&D offices
in both North America and Japan.
- Conducted effective negotiation with supply base /
design engineers for 12 prototype cost events and 6 mass
production startup events across 13 Honda / Acura

harness / box carsets on prototype Honda Accord / CR-V

. Developed first of its kind sourcing strategy that involved

million of annual indirect spend and the creation of
sourcing groups to maximize cost leverage for all future
