headquarters to plan timing of the project, cost controls, engineering

tooling standards with cost reduction strategies to reduce cycle time
and eliminate unnecessary processes. Reduced costs by eliminating
inefficient in house manufacturing procedures and using outside
vendors who not only expedite the process, but lower the final cost.
Coordinated the moving of our rubber and plastic components to outside
vendors when cost and OHSA guidelines became more stringent concerning
outside ventilation systems that would have had to be installed.
Tool Construction Supervisor
