• At time of departure, trends in all three categories were heading toward goal.

Engineering Intern

• Lead and participated in TPM event designed to improve saw chip contamination; project

yielded a 50% decrease in chip contamination cleanup time.

• Lead and participated in 5S Kaizen event dedicated to improving deficiencies in physical

factory workspace.

• Lead packaging project which resulted in the redesign of the physical process layout to

improve efficiency.

• Conducted time study to decrease Dead Cycle time for extrusion press; study yielded an

improvement of two seconds.
