Community Health Agency (C.H.A.), Riverside County - Internal Support

Services; drafted and administered contracts for all Health Services Agency

including Regional County Hospital, Detention Health, Environmental Health,

Emergency Services and Animal Control; Managed over $30 million in grants

and $23 million in contracts. Service and commodity contracts ranged from

zero dollar MOUs to $5,423,411 HIV/AIDs grant. Contracts over $25,000 were

generally drafted as multi- year agreements.

procedures for CHA. Drafted Requests for Proposal on various projects for

the Community Health Agency, Riverside County Regional Hospital and

Director of North County Humane Society, North San Diego County

Managed routine operations and administration on one year contract; Similar

project manager on animal shelter facility expansion. Coordinated sub

contractors through various phases of the construction project from

obtaining necessary permits, and breaking ground to installing adequate

plumbing, waterproof cabinets and flooring.
