Served as the ARCADIS H&S Supervisor and Site Supervisor for

environmental remediation tasks completed for ExxonMobil by ARCADIS staff

that included soil sampling (hydro-carbon impacted), dewatering,

backfilling existing excavation sites, removal of stockpiled spoils, lift

compacting and final site restoration. Safety/Site Supervisor duties

also included full implementation/stewardship of the Loss Prevention

System behavioral based safety program, Near Loss investigations, Loss

Prevention Observations, atmospheric monitoring, particulate monitoring,

weekly construction reports to client/team, root cause analysis of at-

risk behaviors, Job Safety Analysis development, permitting per

ExxonMobil standards, conducting safety meetings (minimum 2x per day) and
