marketing decisions. Promoted from F&I Manager to a
position overseeing all of finance and sales.

Duties included but were not limited to recruiting,
training, and performance management. Managing a
team of 10 to 30 subordinates, depending on the
amount of managers and/or Loan Officers on duty.
This position required using call center metrics to
evaluate employee performance for this fortune 200
Company. Acted as an agent for positive change.

Was responsible for recruiting, managing,
motivating, and training sales force. Oversaw
advertising expenses, sales staff production,
processing department, and compliance. My duties
also included building and maintaining business
relationships through stewardship programs with
realtors, builders and developers. As the
Executive running day-to-day operations I was also
tasked with investigating cases of mortgage fraud.

Responsibilities included running the company from
inception as a start-up to a fully competitive
player in the industry. Duties also included but

performance management. As the key executive in
