& purchasing functions were consolidated at the corporate level and the
responsibilities at the plants became more routine & generic.

family owned company (formerly Dygert Seating) was purchased out of
foreclosure in November, 2005 by Heritage Financial Group and re-named
Dylux Technology. Goal of position was to bring company to a profit &
potentially position for sale. Business was sold to large competitor & a
move with the business was not possible geographically.
. Responsible for managing all aspects of the business in a turn-around
situation; brought company from an annual loss of $700,000 to break
even in seven months.
. Salvaged relationship with company's largest customer, who was on the
verge of pulling all business; increased volume tenfold with this
customer through design, quality, service and follow-up.
