Client Description:

The business of Florida Power and Light includes end-to-end implementation

of the utility functionality through SAP-R/3(SCM,FI(G/L Posting)) BI,

CONVERSION and BATCH.

Project Description:

An Implementation project for regulated utility industry, which involves

the creation of new customer and G/L posting in SAP using conversion and

interfaces.

Enhancements are implemented to provide additional features on standard

screen of SAP. One complex interface has been designed to

create/change/extend custom into company code and sales view. The challenge

involved is to read external file that was a dynamic excel sheet wherein,

user could enter any default data that to be used during customer master

creation. Lock box program has been created to post the customer invoices

into SAP and conversion to load YTD balance sheet accounts from legacy

systems into SAP along with profit center reclassification. One real time

interface is designed to send the actual costs of internal orders created

for various cost elements to third party system.

Complex extension program is designed to create/change/extend material

master

into SAP through a custom transaction as well as from MDM through proxy

call. An extension program is developed to create the material document for

goods issue and return from reservation.

Client Description:

Synergy is Western Australia's largest de-regulated energy(Electricity and

Gas) retailer, now serving over 900,000 home and business customers.The

business of synergy includes end-to-end implementation of the utility

functionality through SAP-ISU, CRM WEB IC - 2007, PWB, XI,BI, CONVERSION

and BATCH. All these systems are very tightly integrated with each other

but yet loosely coupled to provide high-end customer service. The

functionality starts from Device installation till the billing, Invoicing,

dunning, printing of approx. 100, 000 of invoices each month and

dispatching it to the customer.

CRM Web IC again provides high end customer interactive screen to help the

user to put their requests. CRM has facilitated the user of telephonic

requests through IVR integration into it.

Project Description:

A full phase implementation project that covers life cycle of entire

implementation starting from blue printing, development, testing, go-live

and warranty support. Developed most of the interfaces, enhancements,

variant programs for billing module. IDOC is created to fill the meter

reading data from external supplier into SAP through data exchange process

for basic as well as interval meters.

Meter reading upload through Meter Data Notification was crucial

development as per synergy business was concerned since this involve

updating real time data into SAP

with creation of billing order with status billable, updating installation

facts with next meter read schedule date. All kind of meter reading type

and reasons are captured

into the system to properly bill the site on each defined cycle.

One interface program was designed to maintain the routes into SAP. Routes

are maintained at installation facts and additionally this interface is to

create the master data for portion, MRU and schedule dates for both

Portions and MRU into SAP.

One complex enhancement was designed to update the concession details into

Installation fact depending upon the business partner group. This

enhancement also triggered through CRM to update the data.

A complex billing report was designed to display all statistics of the

billable sites weekly. Many variant programs has been designed to consider

concession, to bill street lights and Unmetered supply sites.

Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Dress Rehearsal and Post GO-LIVE

project meant for deregulated energy Market for electricity. E.on

Manages its energy through interval meters for both residential and

industrial business partners. E.on is involved in serving 318,000 natural

gas customer and 390,000 electricity customers across USA. E.on bill its

customer through RTP interface.

Project Description:

The main challenge lies to set-up interval meters at each premise and to

manage profiles and calculation rules in SAP for billing. Profile

management was basic part of this project wherein, meter readings are

uploaded. There were different types of profiles created. Demand profile

to store the on peak and off peak demands KW and KV, quantity profile to

measure the KWH and KVR and complex formulas to calculate the rate during

billing simulation. Involved in creation of program that would upload the

interval meters

material management, production planning, project system, costing and

controlling, FICO, Sales and Distribution, warehouse management, Inventory

Project Description:

This whole assignment was divided into 5 different sub projects. ALCOR

that was dealing with SD, FICO module. ProtoNS deals with WM, IM,PP, PS and

Logistics. RPIC related to Quality Management and Warehouse Management.

SIDRE involves in new module to implement GTS(Global Trading System) module

and BPP for handling solely the HR module.

Project : Proto NS Project
