. Perform on-site project management services to support multiple
SRM/repair requirements/projects. Support includes conducting field
surveys to investigate existing conditions, review project progress,
prepare status reports and briefings, participate in project design and
work plan reviews, assist facility management project support staff in
the identification and prioritization of potential work, facilitate
between stakeholders, perform quality assurance inspections, analyze and
identify project requirements and assist with plans for completion,

elevators, boiler plant/steam system and fire detection/alarm systems to

. Provide technical advice to MEDDAC, DENTAC, and MTF services and
department chiefs on matters relating to facilities physical utilities
capacity, lighting and ventilation capability, and structural changes as
required. Also provide input to facility manager regarding plans,
budgets, programs and necessary funding to maintain programs.
. Responsible for assisting with preparing and submitting project approval
documents and scopes of work. Provide timely coordination with hospital
staff and installation/Department of Public Works (DPW)/point of contacts
(POC) to ensure proper design reviews and notification of projects and
utility outages. Also provide engineering and contractor support during
these outages.
. Conduct analysis of reports to identify trends and ensure work is
accomplished in a timely and cost-effective fashion. Correct
deficiencies through contracted personnel requiring funding from higher
headquarters and coordinate with the MAHC FM and clinical staff, DPW and
Corps of Engineers personnel as necessary.
. Interface with various MAHC/WRMC users to ensure government services are
not adversely impacted. Attend and participate in pre-construction,
staff, in-progress review, and other project meetings. Also attend
construction meetings that pertain to projects and participate in weekly
construction progress meetings with on-site contractors performing
construction, user group, and other stakeholders. Provide oral, weekly
report to government officials in order to apprise them of project status
as necessary.
. Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining project
inventory databases containing pertinent data fields (project title,
location, contractor, POC information, project QC representative, dollar
value, and scheduled completion dates for each project). Incorporate
project data from the MEDCOM quarterly Line Item Review Reports, MST
personnel, Facility Manager/Director personnel, and MEDCOM project
integration personnel. Inventory contracts used to compile databases.
