subsidiary of the NUCOR Corporation employing well over 25,000 employees. I

have full accountability for all profits and losses and report directly to

the Vice President of Manufacturing for USA and Canada located in

Burlington Ontario. The Saegertown facility is one of five under the Fisher

and Ludlow name located in the USA and Canada. My duties also include

travel of 10% nationally and internationally and hold a currant US

Over the past three plus years Lean, Visual and Demand Flow concepts for

manufacturing were implemented improving quality and on-time delivery of

product internally and externally.

In 2007 Fisher & Ludlow Saegertown was nominated for the Pennsylvania

Governors Safety Excellence Award.

In 2008 I won a Leadership Award from the Regional Center for Workforce

Excellence in the category of Industry Partnerships.

In January 2009 The Saegertown Plant received OSHA SHARP Certification, one

of only 30 plants in Pa and the only manufacturer in Crawford County.

In May 2010, under my leadership the Saegertown Facility won Western

Pennsylvania Governors Award for excellence and also won The Governors

Employer of the year Award for 2010.
