production results were improved and maintained.

. The operation exceeded internal standards of processing parameters for

late-arriving ad merchandise and decreased payroll expense by 5.3%.

. Improved safety standards in conjunction with distribution-wide safety

programs were responsible for reducing accident incidents by 200%.

Production Planning Manager

Served as a liaison between Merchandising, Allocation and Logistics for

multiple facilities. Planned production targets for the distribution

centers, coordinated inbound flow with vendors and identified late-arriving

ad shipments for JIT flow to the stores. Created daily, weekly and
