I have worked in the automotive manufacturing business for over 26 years

and have 22 years supervisor experience in floor carpet molding, trimming,

and assembly.

I have lead teams of approximately (5) salaried supervisors, (6) hourly

team leaders, and over (100) hourly associates for a 3 shift facility. I

have worked in production areas of floor carpet, molding, trimming,

assembly and extrusion. I have also started up new departments for engine,

hood and transmission insulators.
