Project Description:
The Global Supplier Scorecard is one of the core projects at Johnson
Controls that involves bringing in all plant suppliers details globally
available at various locations around the world.
Enable Supplier Scorecard input application and Reporting for cross
divisional (AE, BE, PS) and cross regional use (NA, AP, EU, etc). Enable
Supplier Scorecard input application to support manual entry of quality
data for those regions or divisions not utilizing the IRIS application.
Changes to make user set up for JCI to have region and division as part of
the set up. Also better ways to view what the user's roles are currently.
Responsibilities:
. Leading and co-coordinating fifteen member team with product delivery
responsibilities.
. Active Involvement in meeting with the business team to gather the

. Involved in production support and performance tunings of application
queries and based on Oracle 10.2.0.4 Optimizer explain plan for the

EBiz Migration involved over all analyzes and document of GFS PLUS
passes that was coded in COBOL The application involved designing and
developing Administration Tool for GFS PLUS Site. As considerable amount of
time was wasted on accounting and Order Maintenance issues the application
was designed and developed using J2EE to help maintain Product information,
Vendor, stock in, stock out, reorder level, payment date, and billing. The
Application would assist the User for the over all Order Guide Maintenance
for GFS PLUS Site.
Responsibilities:
> Extensive focus was involved on defining the business needs of the
project by preparing Business Requirement Documents for our customer
relationship management software.
> BRD were created based on business problems faced by the customers who
were solved by the company's product. We proposed a solution for the
enhancement to an existing product to address these problems.
> Mapped conversion data from COBOL legacy systems to new J2EE
Application.
> Facilitated meetings with department managers to coordinate the manual
collection of data required for Conversion. (5 departments, 8
representatives) Coordinated the manual collection of data and
formatted the data for the conversion process.
> The BRD focused on problems faced by the Order Guide Maintenance

Description: The catering service was having a manual system. It was
incurring a loss due to miss out on reorder level and payment dates and
considerable amount of time wastage on accounting. The application
maintains the details of suppliers, stock in, stock out, reorder level,
payment date, and billing and to generate various MIS. Information is
provided to the user two days before the payment, which will help him to
make better relationship with the supplier. The Application would assist
the User in deciding as to when he has to place a new order, as the
software would provide him with the required information about the Stock
reorder level. The software keeps complete database of the customers.
Responsibilities:
> Involved on defining the business needs of the project and effectively
documenting the project's vision and scope by preparing Business
requirement Documents for our Management Information System software.
> BRD involved providing guidance to the users on devising effective and
efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives such as solving
the incurring loss faced due to miss out on reorder level and payment
dates and considerable amount of time wastage on accounting. The new
Management Information System was proposed to solve the issue and meet
the business needs.
