management agreements, MMAM documents, HUD documents, RD

documents, deeds, insurance certificates, rent rolls, and PILOT

and tax abatement documents,

. Excellent working relationship with state and federal agencies

including MMAM, HUD, RD, VA and MSHDA.

. Prepare reports for Investor review and approval.

. Prepare and review documents for various Capital Fund entities.

. Continuous process and procedures improvement for the

Development Division of the Capital Fund including implementing

a LEAN process and redrafting of the standard partnership

agreement used for all Capital Fund developments.

. Responsible for a pipeline of 51 development proposals.

. Responsible for the procurement and development of properties
