Senior Production Manager

> Manage 8 direct salaried associates, 3 indirect salaried associates,

and 313 hourly associates.

> 17 assembly lines, 4 stamping lines, and 7 robotic welding stations.

> Responsible for making expense and labor budgets.

> Responsible for setting and achieving all MBO goals.

1992- May 2007---Blackhawk Automotive Plastics, Inc. / Worthington Custom

Plastics Upper Sandusky, OH. - This injection molding facility was a Tier 1

automotive supplier of Class A Interior Trim. Annual sales were

approximately $70 million.

> 39 injection-molding machines, 6 paint lines (interior and exterior

automotive paint) and final assembly processes.

customer satisfaction goals driven by key performance matrix.

> Responsibilities included scheduling production activities, initiating

continuous improvement teams, and overseeing all facets of

manufacturing.

1993-1994---Worthington Custom Plastics, Upper Sandusky, OH. - Annual sales

were approximately $62 million

Production Supervisor

> 45 injection-molding machines.

> Managed approximately 100 union employees.

> Responsibilities included: Scheduling, manufacturing employees' work

assignments, conducting annual evaluations of employees, all

disciplinary actions, scheduling job change-over, quality, scrap, and

productivity.
