Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator for the Metal
Fabrication as well as the Corporate Division of M.T.I. I developed the
entire Safety Department which was non-existent prior to my coming to MTI.
My responsibilities include MSDS, researching and implementing OSHA, DOT,
RCRA, DEP, EPA and all other local, state, and federal requirements, First-
Aid coordinator, Safety Trainer for all employees, inclusive of being a Red
Cross certified CPR/AED/First Aid instructor, safety audits, memos,
reports, written policy/procedures, first responder first aid, workers comp
and near miss recording and reporting, Maintenance Workflow, director of
Monthly Safety Committee Meeting. Fork Lift Operator certification. Assist
as needed for Human Resources by recruiting new hires, conducting
interviews, benefits training, drug testing, new hire housing,

2004 -Promoted to Production Control Coordinator the same day I became a
permanent employee of MTI, supporting processes to ensure documentation and
parts are issued and to ensure prompt delivery, status reports, conducted
weekly status meetings, updates work orders, shipping of national and
international shipments, computer generated travelers for new job releases
for internal and external jobs. Systems utilized are AS-400, Glovia,
Impromptu, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and
PowerPoint, win 95, 98, 2000 and XP. I was directly responsible in securing
a very large contract with General Electric Aircraft Engines for my
company, solely on my knowledge of all aspects of safety and the
implementation thereof.
