Created an IT strategy which included devising business requirements with support groups and evaluating

proposed applications to decide if they met Sprint’s business needs. Directed IT system-related projects for the

customer care organizations in Dallas, Reston, and Denver which consisted of 300 staff members. Created call

routing strategies to determine call center’s optimal efficiency/effectiveness in regards to staffing/performance.

Developed and analyzed statistical reports that illustrated the performance and effectiveness of each manager,

supervisor, and representative. Managed information security for all call centers, with regard to Sprint proprietary

systems and ensuring staff adherence to Sprint information technology guidelines. Evaluated, tested and

implemented all new hardware and software applications for the organization.

Developed a network database application to establish an effective communication process between all

regional Customer Care centers and all national and international sales offices.

Directed the implementation of the Mosaix Autodialer system and Aspect ACD system which included

software implementation and staff training.
