I have thirty years experience in the management of various types of construction
projects.
I started my construction career in 1972 on one of the first nine story condominium
projects in Naples, Fl. Since that time I have advanced in the construction industry to
varied positions of supervision and responsibility. Successfully managed the construction
of Single Family Residential Developments, Condominiums, High Rise, Mid Rise, Garden
Style and Commercial Projects. History of directing projects through all phases from initial
conception to final closeout. Familiar with designing scopes of work in order to assure
proper coverage. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Cost
conscious with track record in developing new construction concepts to control costs,
enhance efficiency, and improve productivity. Planned and executed strategy which led to

including in house personnel and 85 subcontract personnel. Oversee day to day contract
compliance. Participated in OSHA Sharp. OSHA Chase. Responsible for initiating and
maintaining jobsite safety programs, status reports and schedules. Prepare and distribute
weekly jobsite meeting and minutes. Coordinate required inspections with municipalities and
