I have thirty years experience in the management of various types of construction

projects.

I started my construction career in 1972 on one of the first nine story condominium

projects in Naples, Fl. Since that time I have advanced in the construction industry to

varied positions of supervision and responsibility. Successfully managed the construction

of Single Family Residential Developments, Condominiums, High Rise, Mid Rise, Garden

Style and Commercial Projects. History of directing projects through all phases from initial

conception to final closeout. Familiar with designing scopes of work in order to assure

including in house personnel and 85 subcontract personnel. Oversee day to day contract

compliance. Participated in OSHA Sharp. OSHA Chase. Responsible for initiating and

maintaining jobsite safety programs, status reports and schedules. Prepare and distribute

weekly jobsite meeting and minutes. Coordinate required inspections with municipalities and

engineers. Review, redline and approve shop drawings and scopes of work. Update As-Built

subcontractors. We self-preformed all formwork as well as placement of concrete foundations,

slabs, columns and concrete roof. Walls and roof was typically 14” structural concrete.

Set up and maintain field offices, field files and safety stations. Distribute and record all

construction plans. Responsible for jobsite purchases. Review shop drawings and update as-

built’s at jobsite. Estimate and schedule all concrete pours, pump and crane rentals, etc. Update

construction schedule monthly. Manage all change order requests between the field and the
