Corporation.
Raised $50 million from an IPO and secondary offering of common stock in
order to fund business expansion, which was initially traded on NASDAQ

Raised $30 million in new debt at favorable interest rate, added 6
additional facilities, and increased throughput by 30%-40% (Isomedix, a

Negotiated $3 million line of credit with a national lending institution
to improve company working capital (Mark IV Transportation and Logistic).
Managed $35 million operations and expense budget, supervised 21
