Project Operations Manager / SMT Supervisor

Delta Group Electronics is a contract manufacturer of printed circuit

boards, box build units and cable assemblies. As a project Manager I was

the liaison between Delta and the Customer to have there product run though

the shop. I was responsible for running the weekly production meeting,

planning, expediting, scheduling and all production activities. As well as

running the SMT area. I supervised six employees in the SMT area to run

Mydata and Topaz and Emerald machines. I was one of the AS9100 & ISO13485

Internal auditors.

Power Amplifiers for commercial and military applications. I was

Ontro manufacturers a self-heating container out of plastic, blowmolding it

materials required to meet forecast. Interfaced with the engineering

responsibilities, I was also the safety manager for the facility.

electronic assembly, cable assembly, and integration of sub assemblies into

employees working with Engineering in the development of new BGA systems.

Responsible for staff assigned to troubleshoot failed printed circuit
