• Responsible for providing desktop support for both Hardware, Software and application issues,

• Set up new systems laptops and desktops; Restructured PCs for inter office networking
• Manage customer expectation by acknowledging their issues, providing ETA, etc.
• Provide updates to customers whose issues are outstanding at the end of the day
• Work with management when executives have desktop issues and need specific attention
• Ticket all issues including phone calls, emails and walk ins; Track all ticket activity to ensure
timely resolution of issues; Provide timely, courteous WEB, email & phone support to users on a
variety of software applications (MS Office including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Follow proper escalation procedures for issue handling and resolution; Provide desktop
application support and Installation of numerous types of S/W, Windows XP/2000/NT,
MacAfee Antivirus, etc
• Contribute to knowledge base; Support Network peripherals printers, etc
• Research new applications; Ability to multi task in high volume environment
• Collaborated with a team converting Token Ring to Ethernet connection implementation
