Directed the merger of the budget process for Truck/Bus Radial Tire
Sales, a $1.5 billion Bridgestone small business unit, and Bandag, a $500
million commercial tire retread company acquired by Bridgestone in 2007.
Created two $2 billion sales budgets per year for 200 departments, 10
sales channels, four brands, six small business units, and two different
GL accounting systems.

. Participated as a Subject Matter Expert and Business Process Owner for
the SAP FICO rollout.
. Directed team that meshed data from Bridgestone's legacy GL, SAP and
