Financial reports, Customer Service, Production, Delivery and Quality

Management

Duties: Develop and maintained tooling system for automotive stamping dies

and molds. Development and management of tool room and associates. Vendor

solicitation and quotation certification. Multiple projects tool

development, in-house or outsource. Tool approvals and sign-off. Problem

solving and corrective action reviewing. QS 9000 documentation development.

Tool design and development. Major accomplishments include reduction of out

source expenses of $10,000 per month to $0 with all tool replacement parts

being completed in-house.

Visited Japan to review product and process improvement techniques that

were applied to Nacom resulting in overall cost reductions and product

improvements. Production and maintenance management of over 250 plastic and

metal, automotive electronic components for wire harnesses and junction box

control switches. Responsible for 53 Nissi, Husky and Toshiba molding

machines (5 vertical, 48 horizontal) ranging from 10 ton to 1000 ton. Major

accomplishment was set up reduction time from 4 hours to 1 hour with

material changes. Improved production efficiency by 25%. Led process

engineering groups to develop and improve standardize processing techniques

to address common processing problems.
