. Serves as Mold Design and Manufacturing Representative for major tire

launches. Estimate costs, provides mold manufacturing capacity and

scenario planning, for mold cost/time to market optimization.

. Tests and validates new and upgraded models and software. Primary Catia

troubleshooter and responsible for notifying Global Design Network and

Support Group.

. Serves as the First Point of Contact (FPOC) for research design groups.

. Use technical expertise to determine root causes and solutions to

manufacturing quality issues for North American molds sourced from North

American and Asian mold plants.

. Implemented the Michelin manufacturing quality system in the design

group. Enabled the group to meet aggressive quality goals in 2008 and

2009.

. Worked with plant and tire engineers to employ creative venting and part

reuse solutions, therefore reducing manufacturing costs for a key

tireline maintenance and improvement project.

. Redesigned MS Access database system for more accurate job tracking and

lead-time predictions while automating calculations of monthly

indicators.

. Wrote and maintained instructions for the mold design process. Led a

local project to update and improve documentation content and storage.
