My responsibilities were to organize the parts for a vacuum sputtering

machine build. I worked on building the sputter from ground up and did some

of the design work. I worked on electrical and mechanical parts of the

equipment. I am also a qualified fork lift operator with a license.

Kelly Engineering 9/26/2008 to

12/31/2008

My responsibilities were to schedule PM's on fab equipment and to schedule

training for the tech's that work on the equipment. This job was located at

Western Digital.

Ch2mHill 3/26/2008 to

6/25/2008

My responsibility was to design and make CAD drawings for the location of

Fab equipment. This included all the facilitizing and positioning of the

equipment in the fab.

3/26/2008

Equipment Engineer

My responsibility was to find equipment and processing problems. I would

write a report to upper management to implement certain changes they needed

to address. I helped improve their equipment maintenance group and to help

the wafer yields.

Fairchild Imaging 2001 to 2008

Process Engineering

My responsibility was to maintain and improve the processing in the

production of making wafers for CCD's. I maintained and improved the

processing in the diffusion, Thin Films, Sputtering and Ion Implantation.

The equipment I maintained the process for was (Diffusion= Bruce and TMX

10000's)(Thin Films= LPCVD and PECVD)(Sputtering=Varian 3180,3117,3118 and

the MRC Eclipse Mark IV) and (ion implanter= 350de).

I maintained the process by using SPC charts to make sure it stays within

the upper and lower control limits.

I was also assigned to maintain quality of the wafers coming from our

foundry company. This was to keep wafers coming into our company after our

fab was shut down.
