The Sales Reporting Dashboard was designed to address the
effectiveness of calls made by reps within Sales Organization.
The principal stakeholder for this project was Sales
Organization. The OBIEE dashboard reports the number of calls
made by the reps, the number of calls addressed to the accounts
and thereby assessing the effectiveness of calls.
Daily Call and Activity Reporting and Account Coverage
The daily call and Activity Reporting OBIEE dashboard was
created to facilitate the managers with tracing the performance
of reps based on the total number of calls made, total time
spent on each call, average amount spent on each call, the
activities undertaken/ covered in the time period on the daily

to be tied to a Karma (CRM) account, opportunity, and order;
enabling system to support rules of engagement; and to
potentially split percentages for pipeline, commissions, and

the need for specified offline tracking, reporting, and
validation of the sales pipeline and pipeline activities.)
