Detail:

I am a part of a support and maintenance project of a US bank with 6000

user base at production .It's a Business Intelligence platform where we

are dealing with 25 TB of data in a daily basis and as per the business

requirement we provide the reports to them and help them to run their

business in a better way. We use Informatica as ETL tool and Business

Objects 4.1 sp3 as reporting tool.

As a basic role of BO admin we are performing all the admin activities of

BO environment starting from upgrade to migration of contents,security

setup,resolve day to day issues in the defined SLA etc.
