Performed physical tests and analysis to assess warranty claims of
wiper motors, linkages, and washer bottles and pumps. Established the
validity of claims, and then reported them to determine whether the issue
can be resolved in the manufacturing process. Verified the proper
functioning of new motors at different temperatures and voltages to
