Current responsibilities include development and implementation of an

environmental safety and health program for approximately 1,000 plus

employees. Implemented ISO 14001 environmental management systems and

received certification to mitigate potential violations and fines.

Supervising a staff of eight environmental safety and health professionals.

Reduced days away cases by about 10% and severity 50% resulting in lower

workers compensation of 60% over prior year.
