As part of a start up venture I led the North America sales and operations
planning, marketing, and supply chain efforts for the premier New Zealand
snack food manufacturer. Responsible for developing all US, Canada and
South America Private Label sales and product development in the grocery,
mass, drug, club and specialty Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) channels.

sales/marketing, product development, P & L, brand management, category
management/syndicated data and new acquisition integration. Led a team of
4 Key Account Managers, 25 field based sales representatives and 10
merchandisers with responsibility for selling direct to store as well as to
grocery retailers, cooperatives, wholesalers, quick serve restaurants, and
the foodservice/hospitality trade. Reported to Owner/Managing Director.
