16-ton press lines producing an average 3,700 auto body sides (Class A
surface) per shift. Maintained production schedules to supply up to
6 assembly plants. Managed 55+ hourly, skilled trades, quality, and truck
driver employees. Monitored first-time quality, safety, union relations,
employee relations, attendance, timekeeping, and training. Assigned as
Lead for GMS Workplace Organization plan development and site
implementation.

. Surpassed plant's record by producing 4,447 pieces with 0
quality defects in 7.2 hours (including die changes) in 2007;
record stands today.
. Copiloted the company's team concept in department, the first in
the plant. Selected teams and trained team leaders to coordinate
daily line operations. Led problem-solving meetings.
. Facilitated 60% cost savings on personal protective equipment
through workplace organization and implementation of team concept.
