engages threat, messages to/from radar and launcher). Created several briefs for various THAAD fire control

components. Performed analysis on total flight performance by evaluation of subsystems – radar, missile, and fire

control. Knowledgeable in Link 16 messages and internal operation. Familiar with THAAD’s initial set up at force

operations to decision making at engagement operations. Completed study of different ballistic threats capabilities and

signatures. Evaluation of data reduction done with S-query and Excel.

STAMP/NMDSIMS (simulations modeling the GMD system). Created several briefs for various GMD components

and flight tests. . Gathered tests data for reduction using Tequila tool. Familiar with subsystems of system including

radar, launcher and CLE. Familiar with specification manuals for CLE and radar. Understand the kill model design.

Completed analysis of several subsystems for flight tests. Familiar with tests and tests procedures.

Senior Systems Analyst: Managed and revised the Automated Joint Threat System Handbook. Worked as overseer for

government projects. Researched tools and simulations for limits and capabilities. Have looked at several programs

including CHAMP, and SPIRITS. Reviewed and commented on several Validation reports and efforts. Coordinated

with government contractors to keep them informed on projects. Worked with Simulink/MATLAB. Looked at process

of improvement for programs.

Analyst: Worked under the Threat Systems Management Office as threat systems analyst. Ran simulations for

countermeasure studies and evaluations. Conducted flare studies in determination of flare placement, ejection time,

and time between dispense. Created several platforms, missile parameters, environments, launch locations, and off

nominal cases for the OT Accreditation Matrix. Conducted countermeasure and flight test studies. Completed

signature analysis for radar evaluation, analysis and problem solving. Experience in design, set-up, inputs, analysis

and problem solving. Modified C++ for code correction. Have developed software and model for study. Have worked

with hardware in the loop for analysis.
