I’ve worked as a Network Administrator on government machines at Tinker Air Force Base for
seven years, utilizing analytical ability and personal responsibility. For the past three years, I
have been a Project Management\Planning Operations Specialist and also a Supplier Manager
for Lockheed Martin. I am also the primary back-up support to three other team members. I am
an ambitious, competitive and dependable professional with strong communication and
leadership skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Project Manager/Planning Operations

• Support Engineering Change Management activities (ECM) for Upgrade programs for the B-
2 Bomber including coordination and facilitation, development of Rough Order of Magnitude
(ROM), responses for Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) as requested by management.
• Update engineering logs, proposal status spreadsheet, and archive required documents.
• Review all Task Assessments (TA’s) generated by system engineers per proposal for any
mistakes or errors before presented to the government. Complete all proposals on schedule.
• Customize, create and maintain a variety of project schedules (proposal and execution) for
various software upgrades to the B-2 Bomber and software maintenance on the B-2 Bomber
utilizing Microsoft Project.
• Organize and hold kickoff meetings and\or internal reviews with management to review all
Task Assessments (TA’s) before presenting it to the government.
• Analyze project schedules creating a critical path analysis required for management.
• Analyze and help create Statements of Work (SOW) for various software upgrade programs
occurring on the Bomber. Break down those SOW’s into Rough Order of Magnitudes
(ROM’s).
• Successfully lead numerous ROMs and Proposals through the ECM (Engineering Change
Management) Process.
• Backup work in includes:
o Provide backup support for Software Maintenance (SMC) ECM activities.
o Provide backup support for SMC IPT (Integrated Product Team) which includes
tracking and updating PBL Metrics, updating and compiling slides for the weekly IPT
meeting, maintaining the Risk\Issue summary, IMS (Integrated Master Schedule),
and performing all other tasks to effectively support the SMC IPT.
o Worked as the backup training coordinator for the building while she was on medical.
This included processing the paperwork and paying the vendors, ensuring they
received payment and the employee could attend training.
• Also, helped lead a project for the B-2 facility involving Software License tracking. Created
and maintained the schedule, helped to analyze data, and set up meetings with management
for insight into the project.
Engineering Supplier Manager

• Work as a supplier manager managing Lockheed Martin for the B-2, Engineering Supplier
Group (ESM).
• Possess a DOD secret clearance for the Air Force.
• Make sure LMSI (Lockheed) is financially on budget according to our\their plan.
• Write Statements of Work (SOW) for the next year.
• Monitor the supplier’s MS Project schedules to ensure they are getting their work done as
planned.
• Maintain a spreadsheet as to which Impact Estimates (IE) are waiting on approval, planned
for implementation, etc.
• Provide a monthly financial spreadsheet to the Supplier department showing each Supplier
otherwise known as the SISBA, by effort and if they are over or under running that month.
• Write Tech Evaluations based on the proposal received by the supplier for the next year.
• Negotiate the terms of that proposal with the supplier to achieve a respectable dollar figure.

• Workgroup manager (CSA) providing hardware\software\network support to 500+ customers
for Tinker’s 38th Engineering Installation Group (38EIG).
• Possess a secret clearance for the Air Force.
• Interprets complex computer problems into a clear, concise, and logical manner for end
users.
• Respond to and diagnose complex problems requiring clear communication with users
including problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps. Resolution may
include system modifications to resolve user issues.

• Lead majority of projects that encompass the entire 38EIG and associated computer
accounts with all projects finishing before deadline.

• Provide support to users at remote locations after normal business hours.
