• Managed all day-to-day operations for various departments including Application Processing, Inventory
Control, Leasing, Payroll, Quality Assurance, Recruiting and Shipping. This consisted of 7 Supervisors, 2 Leads,
and 60 Administrative employees.
• Responsible for all department HR Functions for new employee selection, employee development,
performance evaluations, corrective action, termination and all management functions in support of my team, as
well as, assisting others within the department as needed.
• Created various tracking, trend line reports and KPI metrics for above-mentioned departments in order to
improve performance/production and meet sales objectives for the enterprise.
• Restructured the Application and Leasing Departments through analyzing and deploying new business
processes which lead to a record year for CPP key performance indicators MID’s and Leases funded.
• Increased Recruiting productions by 150% through add campaign strategies, resource management,

errors in commission due.
• Partnered with C-Level Management with respect to strategic resource planning to meet and/or exceed budget
and P/L.
• Partnered with Call Center on dialing campaigns. Strategically aligned our add campaigns, lead availability
and sales resource resulted in a net annualized saving of $75,000.
• Instrumental in the creation of policies and procedures for a new Retention Department with the intent to
monitor internal and external issues focused on Merchant contract, PCI, and Visa/MasterCard compliancy.
