Vice President and General Manager Corinth MS 2005 to present

Provided leadership with full P &L responsibility for the 700+ employee,

$100M Sales division of North America's second largest commercial printing

company - This division produces long run national and targeted magazines

as well as retail newspaper inserts and direct mail catalogs for high

profile customers. World Color is a worldwide company with over 20,000

employees.

. Lead a $50M retooling and expansion which included the installation of

four new presses and eight additional binding lines as well as the

associated support and environmental equipment.

. Established World Color Corinth as an industry leading organization in

terms of quality, service and breadth of capabilities.

. Increased division EBITDA by greater than 50% with 2010 forecast to

exceed 2009 by more than 500%.

. Reduced overall division unit cost by more than 20% while becoming the

World Color low cost producer in the Bindery and amongst the top five

low cost producers in both the Gravure and Offset Pressrooms.

. Improved workplace safety involvement resulting in a 63% reduction in

DART injuries and a 55% reduction in Worker's Compensation expense.

Corinth's DART rate is less than half the average of similar

facilities within our industry.

Finishing Group Manager Franklin KY 2002 to 2005

Provided leadership to approximately 300 employees representing the

Bindery, Warehouse and Material Handling functions- This division served

the long run newspaper insert and catalog marketplaces.

. By use of a variety of continuous improvement tools Bindery throughput

improved by 47% and unit cost was reduced by 17%. We achieved

recognition as the most efficient catalog Bindery in the company. All

production lines were ranked amongst the very best companywide.

. The employee work schedule was modified allowing 24/7 operation

utilizing an 8 hour shift arrangement with a minimum of overtime

expense.

. Bindery manufacturing capacity was doubled through the installation of

three more efficient lines and productivity gains; this additional

capacity was achieved without an increase in the permanent work force.

. Through a redesigned facility product flow the Material Handling work

force was downsized and Material Handling unit cost reduced by 25%.

. Through the more effective utilization of internal space, outside

storage expense was reduced by $100K annually.

Scheduling, Invoicing) and Logistics (Distribution, Inventory Control and

Purchasing) functions-This division served the weekly magazine, newspaper

insert and catalog marketplaces.

. Reduced Production Support and Administrative expense by more than

this division from our normally self insured with a third party

administrator to an actual insurance policy

reducing energy cost $250Kand building maintenance costs $100K.

. Improved working capital expense by improving inventory turns 300% and

reducing average days to invoice to less than one.

. Established Strategic and Marketing plans increasing division sales by

Production Services/Customer Service Supervisor Danville KY 1988 to1990

Established and provided leadership to the Scheduling and Distribution

functions as well as Customer Service-This division served the weekly, long-

run and special interest magazine marketplaces.

. Participated as a member of the green field start-up team.

. Established all processes and procedures for Scheduling and

Distribution.

Started my career in printing in this plant holding positions in Logistics,

Manufacturing Supervision and Scheduling-This division served the special

interest magazine marketplace.

. Reversed the Scheduling philosophy focusing all processes to optimally

achieve the delivery date. By establishing complimentary manufacturing

and distribution plans the entire process was optimized reducing

overall costs.

. Participated on the team which established the strategy which in turn

ultimately created the Danville division.

. Optimized manufacturing scheduling across two divisions which were 100

miles apart.

Manufacturing Supervisor Glasgow KY 1983 to 1986

Provided leadership to the manufacturing floor as a Bindery Supervisor

. Developed the first temporary workforce to meet peak needs reducing

labor costs over $350K

. Pioneered computer spreadsheets as the primary tool for manufacturing

department budget preparation. This resulted in a new level of

understanding regarding the key variables impacting binding and

allowed for flexible "what if" analysis.
