Summary of Qualifications
I am experienced in UNIX (Solaris, HP, and AIX), Oracle database
administration, Sybase database administration, script development,
software testing, requirements analysis, project management and the
Microsoft suite of tools. I am experienced with the Microsoft XP and
VISTA. Additionally, I was a team member of two Requests for Proposals
(RPFs) from the U.S. Government for National Aeronautics and Space
Administration (NASA) projects. I have also taken two classes in GIS from
ESRI.

. Installed, configured, upgraded, applied patches for Oracle databases for
the Network Management Systems Department in a way to support a consistent
upgrade to all servers, development through production.
. Wrote bourne and korn shell scripts to automate the daily, weekly and
monthly database administration tasks for backups, alert log monitoring,
space monitoring and database growth. This automation saved countless
hours of manual support.
. Developed schema consisting of oracle objects (tables, triggers,
sequences, stored procedures) using sqldeveloper and the UNIX command line
editor, vi and tested all objects.
. Deployed the new schema changes to multiple development, test, and user
acceptance databases, and production databases using scripts to ensure
that all changes were applied to all environments and tested using the
