Managed the requirements, design, development, testing, documentation,
implementation and post implementation of the conversion of interfaces and
data from a COBOL, JCL, CICS, and MVS Medicaid processing system to a web
service database system our company was contracted to implement. Under the
governorship of the Quality Management Organization and Project Management
Office I managed the resources, cost, quality, scope, risk and timely
implementation of converted and configured data and interfaces. During the
project all requirements from the Request for Proposal (RFP) were
documented and met. It was also my responsible to ensure all processes
were thoroughly documented and compiled as repeatable to be used on the
next project. I attended and chaired meetings with my staff, management
