My duties were to answer all inbound calls from HealthNet Pearl, a supplement

Medicare program. Providers and members were calling to obtain claim status on

medical claims that were submitted for payment. I also had to send out explanation of

benefits, write up adjustments for claims that did not process correctly and have checks

reissued to the providers and members who did not receive payment for services and key

large batches of claim forms.

in all the required financial documents to apply for a bid to sell durable medical

equipment (DME). If any information was missing I was to write up a form on what was

missing and explain to the company why they were not selected for a winning bid.

reissued and key large batches of enrollment and declination forms.
