construction. Provided portfolio development leadership, facilitating high-growth goal attainment as
company grew from a 200 facilities to over 300 plus locations as the largest assisted living provider.
Represented company at city council and planning and zoning meetings and created focus groups to
obtain necessary demographic data for effective real time marketing campaigns.
Led a team of 40 plus financial analysts, attorneys, architects, engineers, administrative personnel and
