LSR is a fast growing law firm and LSRP is the IT sector
working with LSR based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Member of a team that develop
customizations and reports to meet the requirements of the client. Kronos
and Dynamics GP were the primary applications supported.
Kronos Upgrade from 5.2 to 6.0:
- Worked with a team of 8 people from different departments (HR,
Payroll, Developers, and System Admin).
- Created a list of customizations and test conditions to ensure
accuracy.
- Maintained an Issue Log and resolved the issues in a timely manner.
- Conducted testing with HR/ Payroll employees to confirm all the
requirements were meet.
- Upgraded Workforce Connect 5.2 to Workforce Connect 6.0.17.
- Tested all the Workforce Connect Interfaces and confirmed the output
totals matched.
- Confirm the Application roles and security was retained.
- Created Kronos reports to analysis the data before and after the
upgrade. Ex: Accrual Rules, Pay Rules ect.

Kronos Service Packs & Legislative Upgrades:

Workforce Connect Interfaces:
- Collected requirements from vendors and HR/Payroll users
- Created Specifications with the information required from HRIS
system and the output file format provided by the Vendor.
- Created multiple Interfaces like Merrill Lynch 401K interface, HSA
health care benefit.
- Tested the interfaces and confirmed the data with HR/Payroll
departments.
- Uploaded the test output files to the Merrill Lynch test environment
and confirmed the format was good.

Production Support:
