Developed a new common COBOL routine set for use across all
mainframe batch and CICS programs with emphasis on Y2K and future

Developed templates and standards for application menu management,
program control stacks, real-time processing, online batch job
submission, and error recovery. This provided JCL and data file
integrity, ease of system management by accounting and IT staff,
better user interface, and standardization across all financial
