Manages and guides the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire

• Decreased absences/tardies by 75% by implementing an attendance policy that provided employees

TrimJoist was compliant with OSHA rules and regulations.

Flawlessly managed 6 person support staff for the largest squadron in Air Force Space Command.

absence.
Under my leadership as Squadron Section Commander of the largest unit in Air Force Space Command my
team garnered several awards including NCO and Airman of the year. I was chosen Junior Officer of the
quarter, #1 of 40 other Junior Officers.
• Achieved the highest on time completion rate for performance appraisals on the entire Air Force
Base (98%).
• Participated on a “Tiger Team” designed to inspect all personnel programs in order to identify

Led 7 person support staff responsible for all information management, unit administrative processes, and
other personnel actions. Managed control of over 300 government travel cards with a $1.86M annual budget.
Demonstrated excellent writing skills; reviewed performance appraisals, gave feedback and trained 400 +
people in the unit. Advised and assisted commanders and supervisors in administering social actions
