Work as a senior recruiter for the world's largest creative and marketing

staffing company.

Source and recruit for all mid-senior levels of creative, interactive, and

marketing positions within the state of Florida and St Louis, Missouri.

Responsible for full recruitment process and account management for fortune

100 and 500 companies within the Orlando area. Clients include Disney.

Marriott, Starwood, etc...

Responsible for sourcing leads on new buyers within current clients.

Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure successful business

development, while promoting client and employee retention.

Solely responsible for tripling the full time employees working weekly,

from an average of twenty weekly FTE's to sixty.

Continually exceed monthly and quarterly GP goals, averaged at least 250K
