Senior Operations Analyst - Jacobs Technology
Performs Capabilities Development Process, encompassing JCIDS analysis, review and validation/approval of Initial Capabilities
Document (ICDs), Capabilities Development Documents (CDDs), and Capabilities Production Documents (CPDs) and operational
views of integrated operational concepts/architectures. Defines and guides the development process of requirements for future
acquisition systems reflecting the needs of all four services focusing the requirements generation process and needed capabilities
consistent with the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS). Researches varied Technical Readiness Level
requirements from design to system, to include analyze, integrate, test, field, and sustainment of system. Evaluates projects

Provides business advice to customers and performs all contracting functions utilizing a wide range of contracting methods and types, for
pre-award and post-award procurement actions. Procures commodities for complex and or/diversified unique systems, equipment and
services, including commercial items, research and developmental items or services for the end-user. Administers formal contracts,
delivery orders, purchase orders, and no-cost loan agreements. Performs market research determining availability of requirement,
analyzing market trends, commercial practices, conditions and technology advances prior to selecting the appropriate contract type for
