International manufacturer of glass and glazing products for building,

automotive and technical markets, with manufacturing operations in 22

countries on four continents.

Program Manager - New Product Introduction (2005 - 2009)

Reporting to the Vice President of New Product Introduction provided

leadership over major projects involving TS 16949 planning, scheduling,

reporting, and controlling of budget / progress for all stages to achieve

critical deadlines. Oversaw, mentored and supported project teams of up to

fifteen members. Served as the leader for new product for Tier 1 automotive

suppliers (GM and Chrysler) and Tier II with recent project totaling over

$10 million in annual sales revenue. Resolved commercial issues directly

with customer involving engineering changes, APQP, scheduling and

organization of prototype builds. Provided support to engineering, and the

feasibility and plant teams with regard to product design, equipment

builds, and project launch. Developed capital expenditure budgets and

business case updates.
