. Counseling a publicly traded company during investigation by

Securities Exchange Commission into client's business practices and

securities trading;

. Representing a large financial institution in a lawsuit against a

national real estate consulting firm alleging fraud and breach of

contract in relation to the sale of one of its largest office

buildings and obtaining a positive resolution;

. Defending a private investment company and its directors and officers

in a mediation involving securities issues and resulting in a

illegal business practices;

breach of warranty and patent violations against company responsible

for turn-key construction of new plant;

. Trial counsel for an automobile manufacturer in an arbitration trial

and successfully defending the company's nationwide vehicle allocation

system;

. Representing defendants in class actions and thousands of follow-on

opt-out cases and defeating claims alleging a corrugated price-fixing

conspiracy;

. Counseling a large financial institution during investigations by New

York Attorney General and Securities Exchange Commission into business

practices.
